On Friday and Saturday night we were transported to the venue on board an English double-decker bus.
On Friday night while we dined on a beautifully prepared buffet dinner we were entertained by Tommy Cooper (aka Dave Partridge) After the formal dinner on Saturday night the entertainment was a comedy duo who took off personalities such as Sammy Davis jnr. and the very funny Frank Spencer. Then it was time for a display of belly dancing, performed by Moira Butler.
		On Sunday morning there was a Remembrance Day service in the undercroft of the venue with the reading, by David Partridge, of his poem "Heroes" The service was followed by a BBQ hosted by the WA branch. A fitting end to a most enjoyable reunion.
